Fiore’s 5th Dagger master deals with responding to the potential or imminent threat of violence (with a dagger) while your attacker is in physical contact with you. Fiore gives us 12 possible sets of reactions we can respond with. With some humor, we refer to these as the tax collector plays, for when someone wants to shake us down for money. All experience levels are welcome as we will teach some basic falling practice, and move cooperatively, and semi-cooperatively through the plays of the 5th dagger master.

Equipment Requirement: Mask and light sparring gloves recommended. Cold Steel Rondels will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own. Ringen jacket or sweatshirt that can be grabbed and pulled at the lapel/chest required.
